Is Shipping Free??
Shipping is free in India on most items. On some items, we have Free Shipping over Rs. 700 in India.
Do you offer cash-on-delivery?
Due to COVID-19 situation we are accepting only no touch delivery. As of now we are only accepting online payments.
What is the charges for cash-on-delivery?
Due to high number of fraud cases, we have initiated Rs. 30 as COD charges.
However due to COVID-19 safety as of now we are not accepting COD orders. Only cashless order will be accepted.
Why is cash-on-delivery not offered for my location?
Availability of Cash-on-Delivery depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. In addition, our delivery partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 3-35 days for your order to arrive in India(varies from product to product), due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates. In general Terracotta products will take 3-10 days to deliver as they are mostly domestic products.
Please note: The mentioned timeline is only an expected TAT for first delivery attempt after pickup of shipments. Actual delivery might differ in case of exceptions.
Dispatched details: After the product dispatch, you will be provided with the shipment details of your order, for easy tracking of the shipment and to ensure that you are available at the given address to receive the shipment when it is delivered. Samreedhi Handicrafts is not responsible if the shipment is returned , due to unavailability of recipient at the address. Also for COD orders, the courier partner do not allow the customer to open and check the parcel, until they make payment. You are expected to first make the payment and then receive the parcel. What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
Will I be charged for customs and taxes(Only for products from Outside of India)?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in INR, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
