Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone from the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a Refund or Return .

All products come with a easy Refund or Return warranty for 5 days from delivery. IF your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us here within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

Easy Refund Or Return will be done in the following cases with No Extra Cost:

  1. Parcel damaged on arrival
  2. Package lost in transit
  3. Incorrect item received
  4. In case Samreedhi Handicrafts discover that wrong items has shipped to you. IF your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us here within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment. For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos with Order id Mentioned in the email body and email us at support@samreedhihandicrafts.in - we will return or refund your purchase after confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

Easy Refund Or Return will be done in the following cases with Minor Extra Cost INR 75:

  1. Minor color and design variation(s). All products are handcrafted and so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.Looks different to image on site.
  2. Product returned in used or damaged conditions.
  3. Package refused by the recipient
  4. Incorrect or out dated delivery address
  5. After 2 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
  6. Poor quality / Faulty
  7. Doesn’t suit me

To complete your return,please follow the steps:

  1. Click here or go to https://accounts.aftership.com/ and click next
  2. Enter your order id & associated email id and click next
  3. Select the reason of Return Refund and click next
  4. Confirm  the same

Refunds (if applicable)

We will initiate the Refund once we received and inspected all the item(s). We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. IN case of COD (Cash On Delivery) we will ask for your bank account details to initiate the refund.

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account twice.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@samreedhihandicrafts.in.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, we will cancel the same.

To cancel an order please follow the below steps:

  2. Enter your Order associate details(Name, Email, Phone No.)
  3. In the Message body Please mention the Order ID & Reason of cancellation.

Invalid Reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Samreedhi Handicrafts. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
